Our Facility Management Consulting services are two-fold. In the initial stage, DFMC will review and assess your current FM operations and work with you to define your long term FM strategy based on identified business needs. This includes an assessment of property occupancy and service levels and costs, as well as resource allocation.

During implementation, DFMC provides assistance in purchase contract negotiations, operational review and risk analysis. We also monitor contract performance and service level agreements.
